Virtual Counseling
I offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly virtual counseling sessions.
I offer a free initial 15 minute consultation before committing to developing a therapeutic relationship. One free initial consultation per new client.
Self-pay price for a 55-minute session is $115.

Sister to Sister Group Therapy
Group therapy allows for a collective approach to common life obstacles.
Group Therapy is hosted virtually on Saturday afternoons. Individuals can participate in group therapy without participating in individual therapy.
Group therapy is 2 hours long from 12:00 - 2:00 pm EST.
The cost of participation in group therapy is $55 a week to reserve a spot, a maximum of 7 clients are invited to group therapy at a time to ensure that everyone gets a chance to engage.
Patreon Membership
Through the Patreon Membership, you can access various videos uploaded weekly.
The videos assist with various mental health difficulties; however, obtaining a Patreon Membership does not create a therapeutic relationship.
Therapy is only provided following an intake, assessment, and signed contract between clinician and client.
